in my opion how to be promoted should be on dedication and help to the clan such as; my charecter is very rich on rs and if some1 needs a loan such as a fury or whip you should if not using at the moment and going to events very big buts thats my opion please state yours and even critsise me about this but not to harsh =) but thats not all my ideas
